Alfonso Casanova
Associate Director
Associate Director and Senior Designer with extensive experience in multi-unit residential, mixed use, and commercial projects. Alfonso has been involved in project delivery from concept design to construction. His skills include design, design development, advanced knowledge and interpretation of legislation, industry professional standards and planning controls, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. He is also extremely proficient and experienced in developing professional and commercial relationships with consultants, stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to ensure efficient project delivery within timeframes and budgets.
Moaez Hassan
Associate
With over 16 years of experience in design and management, handling a wide range of projects from high-density residential to mixed-use developments, community centres, automotive showrooms, and educational facilities. His career includes international megaprojects and diverse Interstate Locations, providing him with valuable exposure to various teams and clients. Moaez excels in project management, managing projects from start to finish with his strong technical expertise and attain to details, coordination skills, and value engineering proficiency.
Lilian Krasnowski

Lilian is a Registered Architect with over 20 years of experience across Residential, Educational, Commercial, Hospitality, Heritage, and Retail sectors.Currently focused on Residential projects, she oversees designs from concept to contract administration, ensuring compliance with legislation and high-quality standards. Her leadership, organizational skills, and innovative design approach ensure projects are delivered efficiently, exceeding expectations for time, cost, and sustainability.
Akshat Patil
Designer / BIM Manager
Experienced Architectural Technician with specialized skills in BIM management.
With a solid background in architectural technology and more than 9 years of experience, Akshat has cultivated strong abilities in design, management, and BIM coordination. He thrives on multi-disciplinary and multiscale projects, effectively managing complex tasks while implementing BIM strategies that minimize design errors, improve project coordination, and enhance decision-making processes. He is enthusiastic about bringing his technical expertise, creativity, and collaborative approach to the team, contributing to successful architectural project delivery.
Dorota Pavelkova
Project Designer
Dorota is a passionate Project Designer with experience in architectural, interior and urban design from Australia and Europe. Dorota has participated on different scale projects in Australia, and abroad. Her expertise lies in preparing detailed architectural documentation with great attention to detail. Dorota is a technical and creative professional with over five years of experience in both large and small-scale projects.
Jelena Biazik
Quality Control Manager
Jelena has over 20 years of experience in Class 2 Architectural and Urban Design and Planning, specializing in residential projects.
As a QMS, she ensures projects meet quality standards, regulations, and client expectations, overseeing design, construction, and
issue resolution. Experienced in producing construction documentation, working with consultants and builders, and conducting
feasibility studies and DA, she maintains high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle while understanding the overall scope.
Mladen Alavanja
Project Designer
Senior Project Designer with over ten years of experience in residential, mixed use and commercial projects specialising in high-end residential buildings. Mladen has great eye for detail with his methodical approach and accuracy results in work of the highest standard.
His hands on approach to design and on-site liaison with consultants, clients and contractors ensures an efficient project delivery is achieved.
Faheema Ali
Architectural Technician
Architectural Technician with experience in Design, Interior and Graphic Design with significant exposure to Residential, Mixed Use and Commercial Projects. Faheema is responsible for assisting with project delivery along with Project Architects at different project stages such as concept design, design development and construction documentation while acquiring experience and knowledge of legislations and industry standards.
