BOX HILL

Residential

The proposed development, located in Sydney’s outer suburb of Box Hill, will feature a total of 4 residential buildings.

17–21 Mason Road, Box Hill NSW is a large-scale residential project located within a rapidly evolving precinct earmarked to deliver thousands of new homes. The proposal comprises the construction of four 8-storey residential flat buildings, collectively accommodating 258 apartments above two levels of basement car parking providing 338 parking spaces.

The architectural scheme is conceived as a cohesive multi-building composition, balancing increased residential density with liveability and urban character. Building massing, separation, and façade articulation are designed to enhance amenity, maximise natural light and ventilation, and contribute positively to the emerging streetscape. Set within a growing suburban centre, the project supports the creation of a connected, high-density residential community aligned with the future vision for Box Hill as a key growth suburb.
