Located on a prominent corner site in the heart of Hurstville, this mixed-use residential development draws inspiration from the area’s  heritage. The design reflects the character of the neighbouring red brick church while introducing a contemporary urban form that enhances the streetscape.Utilising the 30-30-15 Affordable Housing Provision, the project achieves a 30% uplift in yield, optimising value for our client while contributing to much-needed housing diversity. The sculpted façade balances bold materiality with soft, curved forms, creating a strong yet inviting presence. A carefully integrated podium activates the street with retail and communal spaces, reinforcing the connection between residents and the wider community.
