Born out of the contextual characteristics of the site and its unique placement within the context of Willoughby, the proposed design is pragmatic in planning but distinctive in its urban response, offering a unique hidden development which embraces the hilltop and greenery of its position.
Simply expressed, the design concept is about the character of Willoughby. The design response is contextual; it is a building that interacts with the environment around it in order to define the building character and form. The design contributes to local heritage character through use of brick and natural sandstone with vast greenery and gardens throughout the development.There are 156 apartments within 5 buildings delivered over 2 separate stages. Innovative architecture, extensive natural sandstone, green spaces and recreational amenities combined to create an environment for those aspiring to the art of Improved Living.
